Eve Loftus has always loved to cook from the time her mom let her start helping in the kitchen. Meal time was the time when her family all came together to share the day. As she got older the more she began to cook and realized it wasn't a chore for her - it was relaxing. She started selling baked goods from her home to earn extra money to take care of her family.
She eventually started her own bakery business in 2009 in hopes of making it a career. In 2016 she decided while recovering from surgery that now that her family was set she needed to follow her dream of owning her own restaurant. She enrolled in Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and started her journey on August 15, 2016.
She has since graduated with honors from Escoffier Culinary School. Life hasn't been easy for her, but she is on the road to a great future for her and her family. She believes that every dish she plates should tell a story and flavor should be amazing. She wants to give her guests the WOW factor! She also believes in sustainability and conservation.
She rolls all those into one for an amazing culinary experience.
